Refund Policy
Refund Policy Insurance Policy Purchases
The company will process refunds through the same payment channel used by the customer, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund Amount — The amount refunded to the customer will be the premium already paid, minus the Short Period Premium calculated at the company’s specified rate, based on the actual duration the policy was in effect.
- Refund Channels — The company will process refunds via the same channel the customer used for payment, as follows:
- Bank Transfer — The company will transfer the refund to the customer’s designated bank account within 30 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
- Credit Card Payment — The company will refund the amount back to the credit card used for payment. The time it takes for the customer to receive the refund depends on the refund policy of each individual card issuer. Customers may contact their bank or financial institution directly to inquire about the timeline.
